Product should be inspected at time of delivery for freight damage. If product arrives damaged do not accept delivery. If you have arranged the freight, you will need to file a grievance with the carrier. If Mid-States has arranged the carrier, we will inspect the damaged product upon receipt and at our discretion repair it or issue credit for the product.
