Yes we do! We expect the product to last far longer than a life time of the intended project with normal use. If our product proves to be defective beyond normal wear within one (1) year from date of purchase will be repaired or replaced as seller’s option. Please refer to Warranty.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) issued by Mid-States Mfg. & Eng., Inc. is required prior to returning any product to the factory.
Product should be inspected at time of delivery for freight damage. If product arrives damaged do not accept delivery. If you have arranged the freight, you will need to file a grievance with the carrier. If Mid-States has arranged the carrier, we will inspect the damaged product upon receipt and at our discretion repair it or issue credit for the product.
Yes, you can utilize your own carrier preference for shipment. Just specify with the dealer at the time of order.
Yes, factory will-call is available. Products can be shipped to the dealer, direct to the facility or picked up as instructed by the dealer.
All of our product is built and shipped from Milton, IA 52570. We utilize local and American made parts whenever possible.
To avoid the warehousing and respective inventory carrying cost associated with such an extensive variety of sizable product, most of our products are built to order.
Standard product lead time is generally 2 – 3 weeks from receipt of purchase order from authorized dealer. Special/custom products lead time is based on an order by order basis.
All orders are treated as expedites, immediately processed upon receipt and flow through the plant utilizing lean techniques. Very little opportunity exists to improve lead times by way of “expedited orders” for most standard products. Products are shipped when available.

Mid-States engineers design standard products for industrial applications. Weight capacity and caster or wheel capacities are considered when designing our products and determining the gauge of steel or reinforcements necessary for each product – standard or custom. Every Mid-States product is designed with Uniform Distributed Load (UDL) capacity.
